My sister is not tech-savvy and threw away her SIM activation code when she received her new Tello number. I thought I would need to buy another SIM card, since I couldn’t activate that one. I was reluctant to contact the support team by email because I needed to solve the issue as soon as possible, but I gave it a try anyway. To my surprise, I got a super fast response with detailed, step-by-step instructions from the support team, which helped me solve the problem and saved me from buying another SIM card/plan. We have loved tello

We have loved tello since day one. Straight forward and simple. Tello plan prices and service are the best out of any other provider. Customer service is top notch. We will always recommend tello to other looking to switch and save money.

Affordable with network issues

The most affordable plans ever with free international calling and roaming capabilities with pay-as-you-go balance - what more anyone can ask for! My only complaint is poor coverage, sometimes right outside my apartment and in some stores I get almost no signal and using GPS while driving often becomes problematic.
