Support from Tello is just great. I had different service from other prepaid service provider but there was simply no realistic support. I had to spend hours to communicate with actual human, but the person simply did not get my problem at all. This Tello team is totally different experience and I strongly recommend Tello!

I've been using my service for over a year now. I have it in some of our less-demanding technology. I have not had service interruptions, but it has been a challange to get the PIN updated. they also see to change plans reguarly . because these two thing i gave them 4 stars

Been with Tello for years. Not only are they very reasonable, but customer service is top notch too. Camila was exceptionally helpful today. She listened then appropriately responded to everything I asked her. Camila also sent me some written instructions that I can use later. Thank you Tello and Camila!!
