Great experience with Tello customer service

I had a tough time trying to get my wife's phone back up and running. I had changed bank accounts and the payment to keep it in service was lost. Unbeknown to me when I had set it up I had left off one character in the email account. I called customer service and the woman helped me figure out my mistake and got me back in so that I could get money onto her phone acount with the new bank. I think this woman was a Godsend for helping me out. My wife's phone now works and she still has her phone number. Thanks for being such a great help.

My representative, Andy, was AMAZING!! I came to her with a mess of things I needed help with and she calmly and patiently walked me through solving each problem I had. She was very kind and cheerful as well. Thank you, Andy!
