I use my phone almost strictly to make & receive phone calls. It is my road phone since it can be hard to find a pay phone. Phone service has been excellent and I have never had a problem with the service. My plan has only 5gb of data but I use data only when I need to find something when I am away from home.

We have been Tello for about five months now and have nothing but praise for Tello phone service along with excellent customer service. The few times we have called with questions, customer service has been excellent. Best switch we ever made. A million time better then Tracf$ne.

Tello is an ideal cell phone company. They pay attention to the consumer and offer plans that are relevant. I am a moderate data user--they have something for me. Price is competitive and they are transparent in their communications. Since they piggyback on T-Mobile, sometimes data access is not available. It hasn't occurred enough to be an issue.
