It's good service

It's good service, but there's a lag or drops in messages and wifi is sometimes spotty. It would be nice to get a monthly rate instead of 30 days as well.

Transferring landline number quickly…

While I was adding a line and porting our number, I needed to call with a question. I also called yesterday before I ordered the Sim card, and both ladies were very helpful. Since our voipo was closing in a few days, I needed to transfer the number quickly, and the first lady told me I could order it from Amazon. Great coverage with no hiccups

Tello is cheap, easy to use, and offers great coverage. Coming from a different provider where I would run into technical problems somewhat frequently, I've been using Tello for a couple of years now and it's been flawless.
