Recommended phone service

I've been using Tello for about eight weeks and have been rather satisfied. Flexible plans, fitting my needs, ability for roaming, clear billing statements, easy to understand and use website, international roaming, reliable connection. Compared to the previous carrier I used incomparably better pricing and service.

My VOIP disaster, saved by Tella.

I appreciate everything that everyone at Tella have done for me. My previous VOIP provider broadcast announced that they were shutting down all services and closing in 5 days. Shortly after, they closed their website and closed access to all online customer services. They recommended another VOIP service that looked even sketchier, and which offered a reward for each new customer referred. Since everyone affected was referred by the closing VOIP, I assumed that the first VOIP would get all those sweet referral fees for referring their customers. The second sketchy VOIP took my money and did not set up a phone number for me; also their support Chat Line did not open a chat page and their phone support was not available. Both the first and second VOIP services forced me to lose my primary phone number, which I've used for nearly 30 years, and which I used as an overseas expat. So, after researching "VOIP with the best service ratings", I signed up with Tella. Tella service has been spectacular; far exceeding my expectations. I'll be sure to recommend Tella to everyone who could use Tella's service.
