Great phone service for those abroad

I recently transferred my Tello e-sim from one phone in Poland to another. This service is the best way to keep a U.S. phone line in operation during long trips abroad. This is my iphone's second line. Not only can I get text messages from the U.S. (for example, from my bank during a security check), but if I have Wi-Fi access, I can call friends and have my number show up normally.

Number porting for two numbers was flawless

Number porting for two separate numbers from two different providers has been flawless. Steps given for obtaining a number and performing port provided all required details. Service has been great, with comparable coverage of previous providers. We've not experienced any outages or notable slowdown in service. First number has been with Tello for 6 months. Second number was ported in the last month.

Disappointed in billing cycle

Last year, we discovered that we were billed more than once a month. When I contacted customer support, they told me they bill every 30 days, not once a month. This resulted in one more payment; not 12 but 13 for the year. This has not happened before.
