Great customer service!

Good experience but when a customer upgrades, let us know that we need to call in to customer service to have them reset our account from Tello. I’ve noticed when I upgraded from a cheaper plan to the unlimited plan, I didn’t see the full changes until I called in for a reset of my Tello account. All was great afterwards! Good service at an affordable price! Great customer service too!!

Very knowledgeable, patient and truly listen to what my issues were. She took the time to help walk me through everything. From confirming account details and waiting while my slow wifi logged on to my email. Explain what happened with a sim purchased and resolved the mess I made.
