It seems they've put together a group of friendly tech geniuses with superior communication skills who just at their phones 24 hours a day hoping someone will call with a question. We love tello! The rates are crazy inexpensive, the available cell phones on the website are a fraction of what I could have paid elsewhere. I love this company. I've never had a bad experience -- only good ones.
