I had to cancel mt CC b/c I feared it had been misused. In all that stress, I forgot that my Tello payment was due and promptly declined. So, I called Tello and explained that my new card was in the mail but hadn't arrived yet. The agent listened, understood and helped me, without charging a fee like some big carriers (e.g. ATT) do. That's what I call excellent customer service. A real person, who understands their customers' needs and helps. Kudos! I love my Tello!

Everything worked perfectly.

Easy setup, almost immediate porting of my phone number, great connection in the US and when traveling, great website that is easy to use and understand, app works great... I have only good things to say.
