Spoke to a representative named Michael. He helped guide me through the process of resolving my issue, and his customer service skills were PHENOMENAL. He helped guide me through a tough tech issue, and he showed a great deal of patience and genuinely wanted to help. I was very impressed considering that most reps with other companies just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible. Michael's the best customer service rep I've ever interacted with. (And for the record, I've spoken with 2 other Tello reps, and they were great as well, so props to Tello!)

Very Easy to Change Plan

It was easy to see my current plan and upgrade it on the website. I also liked that the billing cycle was on the webpage and I didn't have to go looking for it.
