I get great reception and customer support for a very low price. Recently, I told a young person what I pay, and she replied, "Oh, you must have a flip phone!" She was amazed that I have a smart phone with lots of memory for less than many folks pay for a flip phone. And I was able to upgrade recently to a better phone for a reasonable price. Julia was the perfect example of customer service: extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. I would give her 10 stars if they were available. I was having a hard time transferring my husband's phone and number. The old carrier gave me the wrong account number. Another reason to leave them. I am not very technical so she was what I needed during this stressful situation.
