Excellence in Customer Service & Problem Resolution

I've always had good experiences with Tello customer service representatives. Some better than others, of course. But, today it was Julia who was simply fantastic! I had trouble porting back over to Tello. Another rep said my phone was locked (it wasn't). Julia handled this worn-out customer with deft patience, attention, clear direction, and tenacity! She is A++. Do show her that you recognize her for these valued attributes when her next review is due, and reward her with a generous wage increase sooner rather than later. Thank you. Affordable Prices with Less Stress!

I've been with Tello before in the past and then eventually moved to Other carriers, only to return. My mom is even on Tello because its affordable and you buy what you need and what you could afford. There's few other carriers similar to Tello and I checked them out but Tello really is Truly Affordable, with less stress.
