I accidentally started a new account…

I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much! My Tello acct. is all fixed and I'm making calls again. Michael

The price is unbeatable

The price is unbeatable, I don't even care that I use less than 1% of my data. Calls...

The price is unbeatable

The price is unbeatable, I don't even care that I use less than 1% of my data. Calls are reliable and with no problems that I can attribute to Tello when there's a bad connection. When I take a road trip once in a while there are no extra charges, but it would be nice to know what they would be if I traveled more often.

Tello excels at customer service ~~!! Payment source failure was easily and quickly resolved via email with Tello customer service reps . . . They do not send "Do Not Reply" emails !!
