Easy to order and customer service was helpful

It was easy to make the order. I wasn’t sure the best way to proceed as I’m helping someone who lost their phone so I called customer service. I was expecting a long hold but someone answered quickly and he was very helpful in advising me what to do and where in the website I could find what I needed.

I hesitated trying a cheaper phone company for years. BIG MISTAKE I've been saving $58 a month for over 2 years now without any problem at all.

I spent $68 a month for years but I didn't send many texts or spend a lot of time on calls. I thought for years about trying one of the cheaper phone companies and I really regret not doiing it sooner because I have been paying $10 a month for about 2 years now and haven't had even one problem. I told my sister about it and she even recently asked me the name of the company I use. She is hesitant to make the switch the same way I was. If people knew the truth EVERYONE would swith to Tello. I'm saving over $600 a year and I'm sure most people have a more expensive plan than I did because I had the minimum amount of texts and minutes that I could get by with. i've posted on Facebook several times about my experience with Tello but not even one person has tried it out. They seriously need to find a better way to market their service, maybe first month free or something, anything to convince people to at least try it. Why would anyone pay more? No issues with service. I’ve saved at least $1000 by switching years ago.
