I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much! Cheap and effective

A real, live person answered the phone last time I called for assistance. To be fair, that was several years ago - because assistance is not something much needed with Tello. Less than twelve bucks a month for unlimited calling, unlimited text, and a gig of high-speed data. Need more than a gig? Couple bucks more... What's not to like?
