My hold time was short. I spoke with a real person. She was super polite and very knowledgeable. She listened to my issue and resolved it with guiding me through making some changes on my phone's settings. What an excellent support person.

Once again, Tello customer service gets 5 stars. Maurice was polite, professional and patient as we worked through a process to improve our service. Sometimes technology doesn't work as it's supposed to...but when we contact customer service.... we get friendly, focused folks who want to help. Thank you, Maurice. Tello is lucky to have you on their team!

Great, but has an issue when transissioning.

We use Tello at our home, and we are very happy with it. The only issue we have is that when we leave home in the middle of a call, the call gets dropped. I tried this on both when I am having a regular call or a video call using an app. I do have a data plan with my Tello, so I would think the transition between wifi to cellular data should be seamless, but obviously it is not.
