Holy mackerel!!! One of the best customer service/support I have ever experienced. Shaun F and the prior representatives were extremely helpful and patient, with an old guy like myself who has a lot of anxiety when it comes to "technology". I couldn't ask for more professionalism and care. Customer service was available 24/7 and again, each time was awesome. I cant say enough about Tello, I highly recommend their service.

I don't know of a better price for cell…

I don't know of a better price for cell service and haven't had any problems. The int'l calling is great. I've been trying to tailor my plan to my use and don't like that I have to wait to the end of the billing period to make a shift, or else pay a super high price for extra data. The introductory offer credits only last 6 months and you have to have enough to pay a full bill, so most may well go to waste.

I have used tellos $25 for 3 months now…

I have used tellos $25 for 3 months now AND LOVE IT however,since I am a heavy data user I always end up having to add more data and end up spending $55 a month.So im switching since I can get a much better plan with more data for my needs for around that price. I recommend it to anybody who uses extremely light data (like when your actually browsing on your phone your at home on wifi and arent using data) However if your constantly traveling or using data on the go use another service for high data users that suit your needs. :)
