Very impressed with the service, speed of internet and voice quality

2 years ago I switched from Verizon to AT&T because I was trying to save a couple dollars, however the service has not been good and after a price increase and reading about Tello I decided to try it. I am so pleasantly surprised and glad I did. I brought my own phone just to try out the service and it is working better and faster than it ever has before. I am so impressed. The internet speed wherever I have gone so far has not let me down and has been a lot faster than what I had. My phone is working smoother without any lag. Voice quality has been perfect. The website is very easy to use and so far any questions I've had I've been able to find on the website and resolve on my own. I am 56 years old and I'm not a technology genius however I do try to keep up and I found so far everything has been very easy programming the phones and switching over my number. I have yet to have to call customer service but I'm actually looking forward to it considering how fantastic everything else has been. And above all else I can't believe I'm getting great service at such an affordable rate. Thank you very much Tello
