Tello by far the lowest cost cell phone service. Their phones are somewhat higher if you purchase from them but the service itself is outstanding. I have been with them for several years now never had a dropped call or issue. I recently had to email customer service for I bought a new phone. They responded within a few hours told me exactly what to do on their web page a shazam! up and running in minutes. Rarely have to use customer service for everything just works as it should. You do have to pay extra if you go out of country you'll need to pre-purchase for international service at what I believe is a great idea rather then having others pay for those who do travel to other countries by those who don't. Yes I travel a lot but use wifi in other countries to make calls for free. No I do not use for business this is my personal phone and don't need to be in touch every second while on vacation. Rare occasion I do I can purchase extra time/data or just wing it with wifi. Tello you don't hear about much for they don't have huge advertising budget which I believe helps them keep cost low. I love their service and highly recommend.

After several attempts to reach customer service on the phone, I finally got representative, Lucas Rodriquez, on the phone to assist me in completing my Tello phone setup. It was well worth the wait for the high quality of service he provided. He was professional, courteous, patient, and very knowledgeable. It is employees like him that will continue to contribute to the growth and good reputation of Tello. I am sharing my positive experience with all my friends and family.
