We have been Tello for about five months now and have nothing but praise for Tello phone service along with excellent customer service. The few times we have called with questions, customer service has been excellent. Best switch we ever made. A million time better then Tracf$ne.

Great plan for me, as I'm mostly home

Good price, decent website. A long time ago I asked a friend why wi-fi calling didn't work, and believed it that it was the service provider. That's a bummer because cell-phone coverage in my area is iffy, by all providers. So a few weeks ago when I was asked to review Tello, I mentioned wifi calling. Lo and behold, they answered and I was able to activate it. Thanks Tello! So now I'm really a fan. Strongly recommend.

Great, but has an issue when transissioning.

We use Tello at our home, and we are very happy with it. The only issue we have is that when we leave home in the middle of a call, the call gets dropped. I tried this on both when I am having a regular call or a video call using an app. I do have a data plan with my Tello, so I would think the transition between wifi to cellular data should be seamless, but obviously it is not.
