The best one out there for those who only needs just enough internet for the month (perfect for remote workers actually). There are instances where in Las Vegas where signal is strong but no internet speed is found in certain locations, but I am sure the fix is along the way.

Great except for one issue

Their service is far cheaper than comparable services. I also like their 24/7 customer service. My one complaint is that I need to manually renew each month in order to retain my accumulated minutes and data.

A great company with excellent service

I have been with Tello.com for over 5 years. The customer service has always been courteous, knowledgeable and excellent. Today, I added a second phone to my plan. No other provider has a better signal than Tello - at my remote location. However, the first person "Maria" or "Mary" who answered the phone at 11.30 am on 5/16, abruptly hung up on me after a few minutes, and I had to call back. The second person, Michelle, was knowledgeable and polite and attended to all my needs -- as always the case with all its staff. I wish Tello success. Somar W.
