Good morning: I had the outstanding privilege of working with Sorin this morning on a few complicated issues including international travel with Tello and a black Friday promotion. I have been a customer with tello (and have other members of family from the very beginning of 2016, when TELLO started). I have stayed with Tello because of your EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
