I love Tello because we can add data when we run out and the graduated price/GB scale...

I love Tello because we can add data when we run out and the graduated price/GB scale is entirely reasonable. Adding DATA was easy. I also appreciate the clients ability to share data even though I haven't used it yet. This is the way I would run a company: Give the customer options at a fair price and NOT try to coral them into something they don't want for too much money.

I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much! I rarely need to contact tech support at TELLO, but when I do it always amazes me that no matter where they are in the world they always speak English without any accent. And they also solve the problem.
