While I was adding a line and porting our number, I needed to call with a question. I also called yesterday before I ordered the Sim card, and both ladies were very helpful. Since our voipo was closing in a few days, I needed to transfer the number quickly, and the first lady told me I could order it from Amazon. I use my phone almost strictly to make & receive phone calls. It is my road phone since it can be hard to find a pay phone. Phone service has been excellent and I have never had a problem with the service. My plan has only 5gb of data but I use data only when I need to find something when I am away from home.
