Costumer service is awesome always very helpful and one of the best options in Tello is that we can choose what plans we need and what comfortable for us with all different price. I am very happy with Tello and I recommend to all people who can’t pay $200 or $300 dollars every month . Tello is best option for them and whom want to save money good for them also. In all the years I have been with Tello I have never had an issue with the quality or the quantity of their service, which, by the way, is being offered at a rate more than just competitive with other carriers. Additionally, the few times I have spoken directly with Customer Service personnel they have been knowledgeable, courteous,, and, most importantly, helpful.
