I’d say I’ve been a customer for approximately a year. Never had an issue unlike Visible and US Mobile. Visible was the worst experience when I first tried them. Data issues such as no service/internet issues and getting ahold of customer service taking 3/4 hours when I had that issue along with a lot of lengthy back and forth. I think they have fixed it since then. I’ve had a service/data issue with US Mobile before that went in for a few weeks but at least you can chat with them and get them on the phone if need be they’ll call you. Google Fi. You can request a call back. Tello never had to contact them for anything and the data is sufficient enough I can usually play Apple Music as much as I want for the whole month and I do a lot of driving as Truck driver some times I run out with 10 day or less left on my cycle when I’m streaming music and YouTube

It was easy to order but unexpected set up difficulties

It was easy to order. The plug that came with phone did not work; phone did not charge. Not possible to realize this without turning on phone. Swapped bad plug out for another USB plug and that worked. It was incredibly difficult to figure out setting up new account with apple product - definitely not intuitive. Plug that didn't work was labeled made in China. Maybe plug not designed for 60 Hz. Also the battery is not new. The maximum capacity of battery, a measure of battery capacity relative to when it was new, is at 90 percent. My other phone that I've had for four years also has battery at 90 maximum capacity. Apparently, contrary to my expectation, refurbished phone does not include new battery.

Johyse was great in many ways

Johyse was great! She was very kind and courteous. She was so patient with me since I made many errors in entering my address when I was trying to add two numbers to my existing account. She sounded very warm and nice in her voice and mannerism.
