Tello s perfect for people like me. I really don't like or use cell phones, but I live in the country so having a phone in case of emergency is important to me. Professional Customer Support Rep Guiding Me to Activate my eSIM

I was in the process of activating my eSIM on my SHARP Aquos phone that I brought back from Taiwan. I went through the process of trying to scan the QR code from the website but the eSIM wasn't registering on my Aquos phone. I call Tello Support and the Customer Support Rep (CSR) was very kind and professional. She was able guide me and explain why my Aquos phone isn't compatible in N. America. As a result of that, I told her maybe I should buy a new phone. She suggested looking at Tello's website with the list of phones. I wanted a phone with dual SIMs. I asked about the Pixel 7 and iPhone 11 (that I both already owned), and I didn't know both phones have a 2nd SIM spot. Without having to buy a new phone, I was able to utilize my existing phone. The CSR was able to guide me through the process of activating my eSIM on my Pixel 7 or iPhone11. She knew where to navigate in the settings menu structure for both devices. I finally chose to install it on the Pixel 7 because I'm planning to replace iPhone11. The CSR was very patient and resourceful in guiding me to all the way to activating, testing a call, and sending a text message. I'm glad I don't have to buy a new phone, and was able to utilize my existing phone. I'm really happy with the CSR who handled my case, she did a wonderful job.

only used it overseas to receive calls and SMS on my U.S. number. very inexpensive and I have never had a problem. web site is easy to navigate.
