Julia was great !!! I had an issue with my phone not being able to receive calls. Julia went through everything necessary with me to correct the problem. She also helped me correct my ordering /billing error that I had done in duplicating my payment....IT WAS REFRESHING- NO TALKING TO THE PHILLIPPINES FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE MY OTHER PROVIDERS ,I HAVE HAD IN THE PAST !!! As long as the service and rates remain constant , I will be a "forever" customer !!!!!!

Love tello since the day I started using the phone service I've never had any issues and the service has always been a ten so if you don't have tello what are you thinking get tello today and save money with amazing service

Great, but has an issue when transissioning.

We use Tello at our home, and we are very happy with it. The only issue we have is that when we leave home in the middle of a call, the call gets dropped. I tried this on both when I am having a regular call or a video call using an app. I do have a data plan with my Tello, so I would think the transition between wifi to cellular data should be seamless, but obviously it is not.
