My sister is not tech-savvy and threw away her SIM activation code when she received her new Tello number. I thought I would need to buy another SIM card, since I couldn’t activate that one. I was reluctant to contact the support team by email because I needed to solve the issue as soon as possible, but I gave it a try anyway. To my surprise, I got a super fast response with detailed, step-by-step instructions from the support team, which helped me solve the problem and saved me from buying another SIM card/plan. This is the second time I've ever needed support from Tello, and I can honestly say they’re excellent in that area. Daniella, Olivia, Estella — thank you for your kind responses and proactiveness.
