Been using Tello for close to a year now and have had zero complaints so far. Everything works exactly as advertised. Most friendly over the phone customer service I have seen at all. Best provider for travellers to USA. Despite they don't promise refunds, they often do refund for unused phone service at later day. I've got refunds three times over the years... Compartable service with international phones. Signal may be weak in some rear areas but, considering super low price, their service worth of every penny.
