Amazingly smooth process and Transfer of Phones

The phone arrived quickly, and the changeover from my older Moto G was almost automatic. It transferred everything and reinstalled all of my programs. You just need to have both phones logged into the same router. I turned them off and moved the SIM card from one to the other. You just sign into Google at some point. The hardest part in the process is getting signed in to all of the websites you've used. I'm pretty happy about it. I wait a long time between phones. So this one is faster as well, which is nice. And the old one was full, and I went from 32 to 128 GB of RAM. So no worries, I'm a happy camper.

It was very easy!

It was very easy. I initially wanted to buy it in small payments for added convenience; however, to do that would meant opening another account with somebody else if I were to break it down into smaller payments, so I just bought it at the full price to avoid further complications. Would've been better to just have Tello deduct more from my account monthly, but still super easy & really good!

I spoke with Alison for almost an hour, and she was fantastic in every way. She explained everything very clearly and patiently, and was very knowledgeable about even the very detailed, specific questions that came to mind. I will be signing up to Tello, and would be happy to talk to her in case of questions going forward!
