I switched 2 lines to Tello

I switched 2 lines to Tello, the plan I selected did not qualify for the 3 month discount. After I did signup properly on the plans eligible for the 3 month discount, Tello credited my mistake on plan selection. Nice customer service. I also had something hang up porting one line from my old cellular network, the support person I worked with was patient and helpful so work through the issue to resolve the problem. I am happy so far with the cellular service besides good customer support.

So very easy

The whole process was so very easy. I needed a new phone because my phone died. It was so simple to search for a phone and order it. It came sooner than originally projected. I am very pleased with Tello.

Great Customer Support Reps, and friendly pricing!

I'll be honest: Tello didn't work out for me — but that's on the technical requirements, not on the company. I'm based outside the US and bought a plan hoping to activate the eSIM remotely. Turns out activation requires connecting to a US tower at least once, so if you're abroad with no US trip planned, this won't work for you. Keep that in mind before purchasing. That said, the way Tello handled it deserves five stars on its own. Their support replied fast, didn't give me any runaround, and processed my refund quickly and without any drama — something many companies could learn from. It's rare to see a provider treat a customer this fairly when the sale doesn't work out. If you live in the US (or can activate there first), I'd genuinely recommend Tello — affordable plans and a support team that actually cares. If I'm ever in the States, they'll be my first choice.
