Tello is the best

Tello customer service is truly outstanding. It seems they've put together a group of friendly tech geniuses with superior communication skills who just at their phones 24 hours a day hoping someone will call with a question. We love tello! The rates are crazy inexpensive, the available cell phones on the website are a fraction of what I could have paid elsewhere. I love this company. I've never had a bad experience -- only good ones.

Honest and fair help

For about 3 weeks I was trying to connect my smart watch to my new phone and port anther phone from Google Fi. So Tello customer service asked me to call them to get help to activate the phone. I called and a friendly voice (her name Ivana) answered and patiently started to direct me what to do. I am 86 with poor hearing but she managed to slowly explain what and where to tap on confusing screen to get the job done. It would be great that live agents at Google Fi or other places to have at least 50% of Ivana qualities. It would be fair to mention that Tello is quite easy to get in touch with and not given a run around like most other businesses.

Best decision you’ll ever make

I switched to Tello four months ago, and it was the best decision I have made in such a long time. I spend most of my time at home. I was paying $120 a month for my phone bill and I was connected to Wi-Fi most of the time. Now I pay $11 a month saving $110 a month and I’m on a fixed income. Retired.
