Phenominal Service all lthe way

First, they pick up the phone right away, a rarity today. Secondly, the speak English clearly. Thirdly, the representatives are highly trained and knowledgeable. Once they get the information about your request, they escalate it to the right person, all very professional. They give an honest time frame when the issue will be resolved and it always is. The staff, all of them, are very polite and helpful. This kind of service is wonderful and all but unheard of in our times.

I've had Tello for over two years when I changed over from Verizon. Tello has provided a great service with such a low monthly fees!! I had a few of my friends to change over to Tello as well. I've traveled overseas with Tello and no issues with using Tello. Recommend Tello to everyone!

Account Issues Resolved

I called because I was having issues with my account due to my own error. I was so stressed and was honestly a mess. The agent that answered my call, Nicole, made me feel calm and ensured me she would do her best to sort out my account problems. She spoke clearly, allowed me time to find my additional info needed, and didn’t make me feel silly for making mistakes.
