The only reason it's not 5 stars is because the payment process is a little funky. You can't just click a button and pay, you have to have your card on file and wait for it to auto pay, I would rather be able to click a button and pay immediately and see my receipt rather than wait for it to do it itself . That's just my opinion. Everything else is great ! Love the coverage, no complaints on anything else . Great price, too!Matthew Green

I have been with Tello for a long time and have no intentions of switching to anyone else. Tello gives excellent customer service which is rarely ever needed. I get unlimited data, texting and phone for a mere $10 + taxes/month while others are paying out the nose for their phone packagesBobbie
