Great customer service in Español
Although I couldn’t use it at all, I am aware of the potential Tello can offer. I am based in France and I couldn’t activitate the e-SIM card, it was thanks to Alex of the customer service in Español that I was able to learn this, luckly I speak Spanish because the customer service in English is horrible, somebody answered and I started to describe my situation and I was cut off inmediately, I used the service on line but it is very limited. Alex is an asset for your organisation.Satisfied customer

The customer service person (Alison Claros?) was so knowledgeable that she literally blew my mind. I have a scheduled payment at Paypal for my Tello account and it was applied to a secondary corporate PEX card instead of the preferred card B of A card. She walked me through the process of cancelling and re-adding a plan on Tello's site so I don't lose my service before she reversed my charges on the PEX card. She seems to a Tello and Paypal expert all at once. My far the best, first in class, rep that I've ever encountered.Check out our blog
