I switched to Tello four months ago, and it was the best decision I have made in such a long time. I spend most of my time at home. I was paying $120 a month for my phone bill and I was connected to Wi-Fi most of the time. Now I pay $11 a month saving $110 a month and I’m on a fixed income. Retired. I was quickly connected to Lucas and he explained the reason for the issues and walked my through all the steps to activated my eSIM and then complete my transfer. All of it over one phone call.
