I’d say I’ve been a customer for approximately a year. Never had an issue unlike Visible and US Mobile. Visible was the worst experience when I first tried them. Data issues such as no service/internet issues and getting ahold of customer service taking 3/4 hours when I had that issue along with a lot of lengthy back and forth. I think they have fixed it since then. I’ve had a service/data issue with US Mobile before that went in for a few weeks but at least you can chat with them and get them on the phone if need be they’ll call you. Google Fi. You can request a call back. Tello never had to contact them for anything and the data is sufficient enough I can usually play Apple Music as much as I want for the whole month and I do a lot of driving as Truck driver some times I run out with 10 day or less left on my cycle when I’m streaming music and YouTube

Tello support is outstanding

Tello support is outstanding! I forgot to cancel my subscription and Veronica Mercado handled my issue quickly and refunded me without any hassle. She even canceled my subscription proactively so I wouldn’t be charged again. Rare to see such honest, customer-first service these days. Thank you, Veronica & Tello!

Kayo was excellent

Kayo was excellent. Well informed and thought outside the box to assist with my dilemma. Thank you both (kayo & Tello). I will sign up with Tello when I am physically in the U.S. and able to port my number.
