Great service for my alternate line

I use this service for my alternate line, and even though it is a budget service, It by no means really is a budget service. I often times have better connectivity than the service I have with Visible. It may have something to do with tower location, I’m not sure, but I never have an issue. I really like the way I’m able to select exactly what I want for this line. Great idea for those that don’t necessarily need a lot of data.

Great service online and via customer support!

Today I had my first experience using Tello to get another number to use for business separate from my personal number and it was super easy to make a custom plan and activate it on my iPhone! I hit a small issue where I didn't disable my previous eSim and the customer support line via phone call was incredibly helpful. I was impressed and would recommend Tello.

Works abroad.

I switched to Tello because I was leaving with 2 USA phones that didn't want to lose. My previous company told me I could after a while of roaming. When I arrived I needed it in the airport but it didn't work for a few hours. It's kind of complicated to me to understand the way my plans worked to get either internet, or the calls or the messages. Now I got the unlimited plan for both numbers and I hope is working with no more maneuvers. Customer service is excellent so I would advise somebody in my situation to do the same.
