I found the website confusing
I found the website confusing. The salvation was that when I called Customer Service they were excellent in resolving my issues.
Website promotes ease of use but limited options for custom tailoring of available plans.
Website promotes ease of use and product value. Tello has removed tiers from their plans. Either for limited or excessive data and voice. Less available options tailoring a custom plan.
