I have been with TELLO for 4 years ( or more ) and have had nothing but good service . When I email for help it is always quick and helpful . I find the cost of my plane very good and does all I need . I also like to tell other people about because I believe in the service that I am getting is the best value you can get .

First, they pick up the phone right away, a rarity today. Secondly, the speak English clearly. Thirdly, the representatives are highly trained and knowledgeable. Once they get the information about your request, they escalate it to the right person, all very professional. They give an honest time frame when the issue will be resolved and it always is. The staff, all of them, are very polite and helpful. This kind of service is wonderful and all but unheard of in our times.
