Hassle free but the only complain I got…
Hassle free but the only complain I got is when it's time to renew you only run the card once so it makes it kind of a hassle to get that same card ran again but other than that coverage is great all and all pretty good service expecailly for the price
Amazing customer service at Tello
My representative, Andy, was AMAZING!! I came to her with a mess of things I needed help with and she calmly and patiently walked me through solving each problem I had. She was very kind and cheerful as well. Thank you, Andy!

It's a good prepaid service for US. Their customer service is responsive and helpful. Their roaming abilities were limited but other than that had no issues, used the sim for over 2 yearsCheck out our blog
