I switched 2 lines to Tello

I switched 2 lines to Tello, the plan I selected did not qualify for the 3 month discount. After I did signup properly on the plans eligible for the 3 month discount, Tello credited my mistake on plan selection. Nice customer service. I also had something hang up porting one line from my old cellular network, the support person I worked with was patient and helpful so work through the issue to resolve the problem. I am happy so far with the cellular service besides good customer support.

Great experience with Tello customer service

I had a tough time trying to get my wife's phone back up and running. I had changed bank accounts and the payment to keep it in service was lost. Unbeknown to me when I had set it up I had left off one character in the email account. I called customer service and the woman helped me figure out my mistake and got me back in so that I could get money onto her phone acount with the new bank. I think this woman was a Godsend for helping me out. My wife's phone now works and she still has her phone number. Thanks for being such a great help.

Mobile service that easily caters to any budet

What I really value about Tello, is that they make relationship and value together to be priority over anything else, and what I like most also is that they make it work so everyone can choose what plan works for them, rather than just presenting a package as an only option, marked up pricing with value before thoughtfulness of client needs, plus excellent customer service, which all is very commendable and appreciated.
