The entire call went flawlessly. I had the opportunity to speak with 2 great agents. Both were very knowledgeable in their trade. Both were beyond fantastic! Both granted great patience dealing with an old man. I can be slow at technology sometimes. Not a single moment did I feel rushed. Not a single moment did either display aggravation when I asked them to repeat their instructions, however, their instructions were both clear and concise, it was me not understanding or getting lost on the phone screens. I have been with Tello right at 5 years. This was the VERY FIRST time I ever had to call and it ended up being an iPhone issue. Tello is nothing short of spectacular!!

The price I am paying worths it. Very Good quality of service for both, data and voice. Would possibly need more coverage but I have seldom had issues with the strength of the signal.
