Best in class service rep
The customer service person (Alison Claros?) was so knowledgeable that she literally blew my mind. I have a scheduled payment at Paypal for my Tello account and it was applied to a secondary corporate PEX card instead of the preferred card B of A card. She walked me through the process of cancelling and re-adding a plan on Tello's site so I don't lose my service before she reversed my charges on the PEX card. She seems to a Tello and Paypal expert all at once. My far the best, first in class, rep that I've ever encountered.Ben L
