It was a pleasure speaking with Sebastian Coca today. He was very courteous, polite, and patient while helping me resolve an issue with my mother's phone line. For about 3 weeks I was trying to connect my smart watch to my new phone and port anther phone from Google Fi. So Tello customer service asked me to call them to get help to activate the phone. I called and a friendly voice (her name Ivana) answered and patiently started to direct me what to do. I am 86 with poor hearing but she managed to slowly explain what and where to tap on confusing screen to get the job done. It would be great that live agents at Google Fi or other places to have at least 50% of Ivana qualities. It would be fair to mention that Tello is quite easy to get in touch with and not given a run around like most other businesses.Great Customer Service.
