Inexpensive flexible plans

Inexpensive many flexible plans, no price hikes, no contracts, change plans easily, carry over data if you renew early. My only gripe is I prefer Verizon over T-Mobile. Because T-Mobiles coverage in rural areas I think is a little spotty compared to Verizon.

I spoke with Alison for almost an hour, and she was fantastic in every way. She explained everything very clearly and patiently, and was very knowledgeable about even the very detailed, specific questions that came to mind. I will be signing up to Tello, and would be happy to talk to her in case of questions going forward!

It was easy to order but unexpected set up difficulties

It was easy to order. The plug that came with phone did not work; phone did not charge. Not possible to realize this without turning on phone. Swapped bad plug out for another USB plug and that worked. It was incredibly difficult to figure out setting up new account with apple product - definitely not intuitive. Plug that didn't work was labeled made in China. Maybe plug not designed for 60 Hz.
