I have been with Tello for a long time and have no intentions of switching to anyone else. Tello gives excellent customer service which is rarely ever needed. It seemed to be a hopeless situation restoring my service which was turned off because the auto payment did not process. Bank card was accidentally turned off and service ended. It was complicated by the fact I did not remember my Tello password and had old, outdated info in my account setting. The rep was patient and helped me to set up my current info and have the payment processed and my phone service was restored. I appreciate his understanding and patience and was relieved that I did not have to set up a new account and phone number.Check out our blog
