Great experience with Tello customer service
I had a tough time trying to get my wife's phone back up and running. I had changed bank accounts and the payment to keep it in service was lost. Unbeknown to me when I had set it up I had left off one character in the email account. I called customer service and the woman helped me figure out my mistake and got me back in so that I could get money onto her phone acount with the new bank. I think this woman was a Godsend for helping me out. My wife's phone now works and she still has her phone number. Thanks for being such a great help.Robert

I have been with Tello for a long time and have no intentions of switching to anyone else. Tello gives excellent customer service which is rarely ever needed. I get unlimited data, texting and phone for a mere $10 + taxes/month while others are paying out the nose for their phone packagesBobbie
